Tequila Lime Guacamole

I saw the idea for this recipe here and was excited about trying something similar!

So I peeled, pitted and mashed a couple of these.

Squeezed the juice out of this.
and dug out a bottle of this.
Tequila and I don't generally get along, but when I mixed it with the avocado, lime juice and a few other choice ingredients, I said... 

"Holy guacamole that's good!!!"

And no doubt will be dipping Tortilla chips in this delicious guacamole while watching the Super Bowl!

Tequila Lime Guacamole
Tequila rounds out the flavors of this avocado, tomato and hot pepper guacamole

Makes a batch for 4

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: nada
Total Time: 10 minutes

2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 tomato, seeded and diced
2 tbsp hot pickled peppers, chopped
1 tbsp minced red onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp tequila
salt and pepper

In a bowl combine, mashed avocado, tomato, peppers, onion, lime juice, cilantro, tequila, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

Serve with tortilla chips!
