O'Canada Strawberry-Mint Smoothie

Here's a morning smoothie that'll start your Canada Day off in nutritious fashion! The fresh ripe strawberries and fresh mint make a nice combination. I used some of the yogurt to create the pitiful looking flag on top. Oh well, I tried. Here's how to make it!

In a blender combine, 5 hulled strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 2 mints leaves (chopped), 1 tbsp honey and 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt. Blend until smooth!
