Chart Topping Nacho Dip

This dip is totally addictive but thankfully it’s made using low-fat ingredients so you can allow yourself to indulge a little more without worrying too much about calories.

So turn on some music, strike your best cooking pose and get to it…this dip will be ready in minutes …there’s nothing to it. Cook-On!

1 carton (16 oz / 500 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 package (8 oz / 250 g) light cream cheese, softened
¾ cup chunky-style medium salsa
2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup (packed) shredded old cheddar cheese (4 oz / 113 g)
¼ cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and cream cheese. Mix well.

Spread cheese mixture evenly over bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Spoon salsa over cream cheese layer and spread evenly to all edges. Top salsa with lettuce, followed by tomatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and green onions on top. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
